We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join the Sunshine Coast branch, following a recent internal promotion.
Your new role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will see you join a collaborative and cohesive environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing relationships within the windows and doors division.
- Generate, nurture, and close new business opportunities and prospects in accordance with budgetary requirements.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through handling general enquiries, complaints, and demonstrating sound product knowledge.
- Create accurate and timely quotes, invoices, and estimates.
- Provide weekly / monthly sales reporting requirements as requested by management.
- Contribute actively to sales meetings.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in windows and / or doors sales, account management, business development, customer service focused role.
- Demonstrated success striving towards key performance indicators.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to maintain and build effective professional relationships internally and externally.
- Able to work autonomously with limited supervision and guidance.
- Full drivers licence required to fulfill the day-to-day duties of the role.
- Experience with Oracle, highly regarded, however, not essential.
- The successful candidate may be required to undertake a medical assessment inclusive of a drug and alcohol, ability to pass this is a must.
