About the Opportunity
The QTU is seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Records Officer to join our friendly team in Milton for a fixed term until October 2024.
What you'll do:
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails (reviewing, forwarding, classifying, and registering).
- Become a document and information retrieval master!
- Assist colleagues with SaaS (Software as a Service) functions.
- Help prepare reports and manage existing paper member records.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in records management, especially with electronic records software.
- Advanced communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a talent for accurate data entry.
- Discretion and diplomacy to handle confidential information.
