GB Auto Electric Vehicles and the Technology and Projects Team located in Orange NSW, are seeking an ambitious and motivated Parts Specialist. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service by precisely understanding customer inquiries for auto electrical parts and accessories. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, offering the chance to shape your role and evolve alongside a forward-thinking team.
About the role:
Provide technical assistance and guidance to accurately identify and source the correct parts needed for customer orders.
Process parts orders and maintain accurate records of inventory, pricing, and customer transactions.
Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient parts department, including proper inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
Interact with customers, both internal and external, to understand their part requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues or delays.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Successful candidates will have the following:
Previous experience in a similar role
Trade background highly desirable
Ability to problem solve, overcome barriers and find solutions with technical approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Specialised product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with customers at all levels.
Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills and persuasive ability.
The ability to pick up and disseminate technical product information.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to undertake concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Hight attention to detail, analytical skills within a continuous improvement and customer centric environment.
