Fusion People are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - You will be responsible for the Recruitment of all levels of personnel liaising directly with the company Directors. Positions range from entry levels consultant to Associate Director's.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Over 2 years Recruitment experience
• Relevant degree (advantageous)
• Building and nurturing long term relationship's
• Proactively sourcing candidates via database, advertising, networking and head hunting
• Manage the end to end Recruitment process
• Interviewing and screening potential candidates
• Using Recruitment software such as JobAdder (training provided)
• Reference checking and maintaining personnel records
