Task & Responsibilities

• Creating a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Decorating baked goods using various techniques
• Ensuring quality and consistency in all products
• Collaborating with team members to develop new recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Experience in the Croissant/ Viennoiserie sector is essential

Qualification & Experience

• At least 2years proven experience as a or in a similar role
• Formal culinary training or certification recommended
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
