Fantastic opportunities are now available for a skilled and enthusiastic Pastry Chef to join our friendly, hardworking kitchen team at Brisbane's renowned restaurant, Madame Wu.
Madame Wu is a proven popular, busy restaurant at Eagle Street Pier, and we pride ourselves on utilising only the best quality produce and boutique suppliers to dictate our menu, based around East Asian cuisine that is well suited to the Queensland environment.

Everything is made in house with the best possible ingredients. Our open kitchen helps create an exciting part of the venue, coupled with a full-service bar and wine cellar. The position is for a Pastry Chef who can work alongside our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to be innovative and creative.
The Position

A minimum of 3 years industry experience is required
