AM Bakehouse is on the lookout for a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team.
Position: Pastry Cook
Location: Glen Iris
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum
Key Duties:
Crafting high-quality pastries and desserts from scratch.
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Managing baking schedules to ensure all products are fresh and readily available.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional Pastry cooking environment.
A deep understanding of Pastry cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work early mornings and on a flexible schedule.
A team player with a positive attitude.
