- Supervising a team of cooks and kitchenhand
- Assist cooks and kitchenhand with various tasks.
- Train new staff
- Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served.
- Monitor the quality of food that is prepared.
- Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products.
- Manage stock levels
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and enforcing it with a team of chefs and kitchenhand.
