We are looking for an experienced administration officer to join a government department located in Nedlands. This role requires you to work full-time hours on a roster, on an initial temporary basis with potential extensions. To start immediately.
Your new role
- Liaise with patients throughout the wards/Emergency Department
- Manage patient queries
- Identify eligible admitted patient’s private health cover
- Data entry
- Monitor emails and take some phone calls
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Have 7 days (Monday-Sunday) availability
- Health experience is desirable
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
