This internationally recognized company provides state of the art temporary mobile, and modular Clinical infrastructures to public and private hospitals. They specialize in delivering bespoke operating theatres, wards, endoscopy suites, decontamination, and diagnostic units. The infrastructures are built overseas, fully functional, and final assembly is completed at the Brisbane warehouse, prior to delivering to customers.
I am seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator, who has a passion for exceptional customer service (over the phone and face to face) and enjoys managing multiple tasks. In this diverse role you will be generating reports, purchase and work orders, invoicing and coordinating contractors/ trades people. You will oversee various aspects relating to the successful delivery of all projects (delivery of healthcare infrastructures) to this client's healthcare customers across Australia. You will be responsible for a variety of activities relating to project delivery such as installation and assembly of the units, spare parts procurement and control, overseeing contractors in the warehouse and logistics to ensure the smooth transportation of the units. You will also provide some small maintenance at the warehouse or on site if a tradesperson is not required. You will need to be able to travel, locations will depend on the project (Australia wide)
You will be person with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude, who is prepared to help where needed, no job is too small.
You will be based out of the newly refurbished Warehouse & Operations office at Northgate. There will be times when you will travel to the customer site, during the installation of the units and/or if the customer requires you to inspect the unit for a maintenance matters.
The key objectives of this role are:
* Assist in collecting, delivering and setting up units
* Induct contractors at customer sites once the units are installed
* Overseeing contractor management in the warehouse and when units are on site
* Prepare purchase and work orders and reconcile invoices
* Assist with the preparation of required documentation
* Assist in overseeing build and refurbishment programme of new and returned units
* Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance coordination
* Ensure company obligations against quality and safety standards are met
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Attenhed customer sites to carry out small repairs to the units where necessary
* Knowledge of power tools and experience with hand tools essential
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in coordinating staff/contractors
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Ideally you will have experience with health & safety investigation management & WHS
* Ability to manage inventory
* IT literate - Microsoft Excel, Excel, Outlook
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, can do attitude
* Ability to operate power & hand tools
Licensing Requirements:
* Working at height certificate license or willing to obtain
* Class C (or higher) current driver's license
* Hold or be willing to obtain a valid passport
Desirable:
* Experience in similar environments is preferred but not essential
* Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
* Experience with CAD software
