A day in the life of an ihear team member:
Working 4 days per week and able to travel to our Coorparoo and Brisbane Metro clinics for coverage.
Greeting Patients
Scheduling appointments
Handling queries via calls, emails and in person
Calling patients to schedule appointments.
Document scanning.
Organising payments and invoicing
You will have:
A fantastic can-do attitude.
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent phone manner and enjoy speaking on the phone.
Ability to multi-task
Outstanding attention to detail
Friendly and empathetic nature
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to show initiative and willingness to learn.
Be able to travel between sites as required.
