Patient Coordinator

Sculpted Clinic is a Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic clinic. We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to attend to enquires, deliver information/education and navigate patient care. We require a vibrant, enthusiastic, effective and efficient team player. 

You will play a key role in maintaining our professional image and high quality of patient care. You will require a strong work ethic, commitment and self-motivation. We prefer experience in the medical / cosmetic industry.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and follow enquiries, deliver information including educational. 
• Utilise CRM software to navigate customer service and use multiple platforms for client contact. 
• Appointment booking in Genie medical practice software.
• Able to follow instructions and take directions as required.
• Facilitate and monitor patient flow with monthly KPI reports.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience using CRM systems for driven sales requisite.
• Excellent IT and Social Media skills. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and follow up.
• High level organisation skills, show initiative and work under pressure.
• Flexible, team oriented attitude.
