About the Role
Patient Services Administrator
FULL TIME / PART TIME
St Kilda Rd clinic (moving to East Melbourne mid year)
Your Role:
As a Patient Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions at every touch point.
As a Patient Services Administrator working in our Melbourne CBD clinic, you will:

• Work as part of a multi displinary team.
• Assist the Patient Services Manager in the daily operation of our clinic.
• Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you (criteria)
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:

• Dedicated Experience: A minimum of 6 months in health/medical administration.
• Patient Focus: A minimum of 6 months in customer service.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with basic/intermediate Healthcare IT platforms.
• Industry Know-How: Understanding of basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
• Communication Mastery: Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Precision Matters: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical Prowess: Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making.
• Time Management: Demonstrated excellent time management.
• Ability to engage with Patients and Clinicians.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of legislative requirements to apply to protocols, policy, processes within a healthcare environment.
