As a member of the hotel services team, our Patient Services Assistants work across a rotating 24/7 roster undertake a diverse range of work including:
- Keeping our health sites clean & hygienic in line with infection control measures by cleaning and removing waste to an agreed work schedule,
- Delivery of meals to patients
- Transporting of patients using mobile equipment.
About you:
As a self-motivated person, you will have experience in delivering quality customer service. Compassion and empathy is essential, and we want you to bring your life and work experience to enable us to provide our patients with a safe and caring environment. The role can be physically demanding, not only is this a great way to keep fit and physical but manual dexterity will go a long way to helping you succeed.

Appointment will be subject to:
- a satisfactory Criminal History Check
- compliance with the immunisation requirements as indicated on the role description (Category A)
- Mandatory: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chickenpox), dTpa (Whooping Cough), COVID-19, Tuberculosis Assessment, Polio
- Recommended: Influenza, Hepatitis A
