Position Summary
Pax8 Studios is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Media Coordinator to join our Pax8 Studios team in the APAC region. They will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of regionally based Pax8 YouTube and Vimeo content, sharing resources with the North American based Studios operation. You’ll need to perform a functionally proficient level of simple editing in the Adobe CC environment, helping to create informative and compelling video content for our internal and external stakeholders, focusing on Pax8 APAC regionalised content. You will work closely with Pax8 Studios Corporate Media Coordinator, Pax8 APAC Marketing, Pax8 APAC Academy, and various SME and IT experts to ensure that our video content is consistent, coordinated, accurate, clear, and relevant.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Coordinate with the regional content stakeholders and the Studios team to understand the goals, requirements, and specifications of each video asset.
- Participate in the development of new livestream and video-on-demand (VOD) content along with other team members to deliver the Pax8 narrative, inform and educate the Pax8 APAC partner community, and drive sales efforts via Pax8 APAC thought leadership.
- Implement, grow, and develop the organisation and delivery of all internal and external Video content, to foster the implementation of SME Content as an external facing resource and as an internal company resource.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in broadcast level media management and video editing.
- Fundamental understanding of the technology channel, and the inner workings of SaaS sales through various channels.
- Knowledge of video cameras, YouTube Studio, Adobe Premiere, and other production workflows.
- Fundamental understanding of marketing concepts and brand awareness.
- Ability and desire to organise large amounts of video content and simplify the sharing of assets.
- Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to effectively work and collaborate across departments and levels with a service mindset.
- Ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter who can prioritise activities to achieve results in a rapid growth, changing business atmosphere.
