About the Opportunity
Our Payments and Payroll Team, based in Perth CBD, are currently seeking a Payments and Payroll Consultant to join them. In this role you will report to the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and issuance of Payroll Deduction Advice.
- Processing of received salary packaging and GST contributions.
- Processing daily payment batches.
- Processing payment returns and error reporting.
- Maintain Superannuation suppliers and associated payments.
- Maintain BSB database.
- Maintain Global supplier database.
- Management of PPO inboxes.
- Phone queries received into PPO managed phone lines.
- Processing of reimbursement claims (as required).
- Adhere to Information Security Policy and procedures to ensure compliance within policy.
About You
Other key skills, experience and qualification:
- Prior experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Prior experience in a Payments and Payroll position is required.
- Be a highly motivated professional with a drive for customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound time management skills.
