Roster: Monday to FridayThis role will support additional people systems demand for Success Factors Employee Central, Performance, Recruiting & Onboarding, LMS and S.4 HANA HR &Payroll systems.Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for daily monitoring on batch jobs and message processing on various platforms - SAP ECC; SF EC & LMS; IAS/IPS and CPI.
- Conduct query support raised by business relating HCM/Payroll issues.
- Perform customise changes to SAP ECC (Personal Mgt, Time Mgt, & Organisational Mgt) and SuccessFactors components from RFCs raised.
- Responsible for preparation; review and execution of test scripts.
- Responsible for analysis and review of periodic SAP & SF releases on impact and changes.
- Participate and prepare to take lead in HR related meetings as required.
- Provide core application process support over weekend (standard business hours) on a rostering basis.
- Responsible for raising and managing SAP tickets with HR technical issues and bring to resolutions of those issues.
- Participate in projects related to HCM in SAP Application Solutions.
- Provide solutions to business processes, perform requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing of solutions.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Human Resources and Payroll Certification and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central/Full Cloud Associate Certification mandatory.
- Proven analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex information.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate professionally with multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Communication - verbal and written, customer service focused, able to engage with end users at all levels of the organisation.
- At least 10 years IT Application Support and Analysis experience in a multi-faceted Enterprise environment with minimum 7 years with the following SAP HCM SuccessFactors (SF) modules: SF Core HR (Employee Central), Performance and Goals, Compensation, LMS, Talent Management, Succession, Recruitment and Onboarding, IAS & IPS
- Experience and practical use of SAP IMG in customising changes in SAP.
- Experience in software development processes, technologies, and design processes.
