Formed in 2010 Maxwell Recruitment & Training provides superior service to our clients as the only labour-hire & GTO company with its own RTO on-site in the Hunter Region.
This role will report to the general manager and will include the following responsibilities:
- Process a 360 payroll function accurately and efficiently for our three entities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and banking activities
- Setting up pay rules and employee details
- Ensuring compliance and adhering to regulations
- 3 years plus experience in a full circle payroll and accounts role, including accounts reconciliation in a business of similar or larger size
- Ability to work across multiple Awards & EBAs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- A positive adaptable approach and team collaboration
