Chandler Macleod is pleased to be partnering with an organisation who specialises in the export of premium products for the farming industry in WA. We are in search of an experienced payroll & accounts payable officer to join their dynamic team in Perth CBD.
What will the role include?
Handling end to end payroll in an appropriate and precise manner (fortnightly monthly)
Proactively manage the payroll processes including timesheets, identifying, and resolving the issues
Management of all pay related inquiries and ensuring prompt reply
Ensuring that practices and procedures in payroll comply with all statutory requirements and any applicable industrial awards
Analyse leave entitlements, salary variances and update employee details
Generalist admin duties
About you:
Minimum of 2+ years prior experience as a payroll/finance officer (Essential)
Previous experience in Pronto (Highly desirable)
Strong understanding of legislation, taxation, and superannuation
Capacity to understand industrial instruments including Awards and Common Law arrangements
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
