Accounts Payable Officer

• ASAP Start
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
• Temp with a view to becoming permanent
• West Perth Office
• $42-$45 per hour (dependent on experience)

The Role

• Run end-to-end Accounts Payable function
• Data entry of supplier invoices, matched to purchase order
• Process 350-450 invoices per week
• Reconciliation of creditor statements
• Prepare EFT payment runs
• Assist with supplier onboarding

Criteria:

• MUST have at least 2-years Accounts Payable experience
• Pronto (Essential) & MS Office Excel (Essential)
• Full Australian Working Rights
