Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a wonderful company to source an Accounts Payable Officer for an ongoing temporary contract. As a key player in their industry, our client is seeking a talented professional to contribute to their ongoing success.
This role requires an immediate start and will see you working with a well-tenured AP team of 4.
The Role
Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end closing processes
- Providing general support to the finance team as required
About You
You will have previous experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software are essential, and previous experience using SAP will be highly regarded.
