We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Australian payroll and proficiency in using NETSUITE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for employees in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, including leave balances, tax details, and other relevant information.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management, providing timely and accurate support.
- Collaborate with finance support team in Bangalore to ensure seamless payroll processes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within Australia.
- Proficiency in using NETSUITE or similar payroll software.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
