Exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Accounts all-rounder to join a quality company that offers job variety and a very Flexible work schedule.
The role will include payroll and accounts functions and also general administration depending on your individual capabilities.
The role can be either 2-3 full days or 4-5 short days depending on your individual schedule and preferences.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll
- Process ad-hoc payrolls when required
- Calculate, Process and Pay Consultants quarterly commission
- Calculate Monthly Consultant Margin and fees and send reports to Managers.
- Calculate termination/redundancy estimates
- Providing continuous improvements on internal payroll operations implementation r
- XERO Reconciles and monthly accounts reporting or adhoc reports when required.
- Monitor and review Wyn&Co internal procedures when needed, in order to streamline payroll and improve processing and reporting timelines. Supporting the continuous growth of the Wyn&Co business.
- Implement new policies and controls in order to reduce the risk of overpayments and fraudulent claims
- Answering timesheet and payroll requests.
- Manage EBA and industry award interpretations
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Working closely with senior management team, ensuring a smoothly run office operation across the business.
- On-Boarding new Wyn&Co employment staff.
- Assist Wyn&Co consultants to deliver a high-quality recruitment service by providing effective administration support.
- Assisting Recruitment consultants with their administrative requests.
- Daily Liaise with recruitment consultants to resolve issues to ensure that all temps workers are paid accurately and on time.
