The opportunity
About The Role
Right now, we are looking for a Payroll/Invoicing Administrator to join the team.
You will be responsible for:
- Various administration duties required to assist the payroll team
- Payroll email inbox monitoring
- Processing credit notes for clients
- Creating invoices and processing adjustments
- Attaching timesheets to invoices
- Investigating discrepancies
- Checking manual and automated timesheets to ensure accuracy of invoicing
You will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will offer a great working environment and genuine opportunities.
You will also possess the following:
- Experience in administration and invoicing
- Payroll knowledge not essential but very advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel
- Very strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
