About the role
The Payroll and HR Administrator is a newly created position that manages payroll operations and assists with Human Resources and Recruitment administration. Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to streamline HR administrative processes and enhance overall human resources efficiency across the organisation.

Remuneration
SCHADS SACS Level 3 Paypoint 1-4 depending on qualifications and experience. Weave pays above the SCHADS Award hourly rate. Weave hourly rate range for Level 3 Paypoint 1-4 $39.09 – $41.91
- Plus Superannuation @ 11%
- Plus Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%
Selection Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll management and HR administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Understanding of the importance of cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the strengths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- Common sense and an excellent sense of humour
- NSW Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
Desirable
- Experience working in a not for profit environment
