Payroll Administrator / Officer required for our Head Office in Acacia Ridge

About the Role:
Lindsay Australia Limited is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator / Officer to join the Head Office team based at our Acacia Ridge office.
Working within a small team, you will work closely across all payroll services. This a great opportunity to build your career in an experienced, collaborative and supportive team.
This role is a vital position within the team in processing a successful payroll each week.
We are open to chatting to candidates who are looking for full or part time work, school-based hours considered.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Entering and checking a high volume of employees with manual timesheets (trip sheets)
- Maintenance of Time and Attendance (UKG Kronos)
- Manual calculation and processing of pays and adjustments
- Termination calculations and payments
- Taking and responding to payroll queries
- Administrative payroll requirements including:
- Setup of new employees
- Processing pay adjustments
- Managing leave applications
- Prior experience in a payroll position highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Solid administration skills required (Microsoft suite)
- Proven ability to work at speed with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- You are customer service driven and are have great time management skills.
