We are seeking for an experienced Solid Plasterer to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is to be responsible for all aspects of plastering, including, installing plaster wall partitions; ceilings and smoothing surfaces or fixtures on buildings for our clients.
 
Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Install insulating, fireproofing and acoustic materials and finish by binding them with plaster materials
• Measuring and cutting plasterboards for pre installations
• To apply fillings, varnishes, stains, vinyl and to walls and structures
• Selecting and preparing adhesive mixtures
• Lifting and positioning panels and securing them walls and ceilings
• Preparing corner fittings such as measuring and cutting
• Applying coatings of plaster and cement to exterior and interior structure
• To complete other duties according to blueprints, architect's drawings, or oral instructions, using hand tools and portable power tools
• Installing fireproofing materials such as plaster, plastic cement and others
• Mixing and applying plaster coats and render structure fittings, using plastering devices such as trowels, also patch plaster breaks and cracks
• Compliance with OH&S guidelines

Requirements:

• Relevant Qualifications;
• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience
• Construction Induction Training Card (White Card)
• Demonstrated positive attitude and teamwork abilities.

Salary: Between $70,000 to $90,000 plus super, depending on experience.
