Working within the Federal Government, your role will allow you to join a small team in a Payroll Advisory position. This client is happy to consider candidates from APS4 - EL1 levels.
Your new role
Your role will require you to have an in-depth understanding of payroll processes and Auiron. At a more senior level, you will have the ability to prepare and implement organisation wide remuneration reviews and may be also be required to provide support to a small team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a self-sufficient individual who needs little supervision overseeing payroll functions. You will have the ability to provide reporting to the senior executives of the agency and advise on any issues. Relevant duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, financial and administrative frameworks to help form business decisions and provide advice
- Develop team strategies to achieve long-term business initiatives and outcomes
- Implement work plans, manage work flow and allocate resources
