We currently have a 12 Month secondment role available in our Payroll team ending March 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure and insight into Payroll end-to-end processes as well as great opportunities to learn and grow!
In this role you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of our pay run here at Kmart as well as key administration tasks.
Some of the key responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Reviewing store submitted workflows for internal movements and employment changes
- Process employment contracts and letters of employment changes
- Process workflows for any changes in relation to team member employment status, cost centre changes etc
- Day to day activities such as payment adjustment investigation and resolution, Workers Compensation processing, Overpayments/Claims processing, LSL averaging, Document management, reporting etc.
To be successful in this role:
We're looking for an analytical, organised and proactive team member who is a fast learner!
We'd love someone to bring their Kmart store knowledge to our team as well as a huge hunger to learn and grow in this role!
Customer service experience is a huge bonus as your internal customer will be our store management teams for both Australia and New Zealand.
We'd also love for you to have:
- Proven experience with Success Factors
- A basic understanding of contract management.
- Strong administration skills
- Exceptional time management skills
We understand not everyone will have strong experience within Payroll or our systems so training and support will definitely be provided. An exciting opportunity to grow your skillset!
