Our Corporate Services team are a key member ensuring our staff are supported and empowered to do what they do best and continue to help those in need across Queensland.The Opportunity to join our Team and make a differenceThis role will be responsible for the quality, timely, accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services to staff. The Payroll Advisor / Officer will also contribute to the development and review of work processes and systems. This role is a full time 6 Month Contract.Your role in supporting Anglicare will include: Conduct end to end processing of pays for a nominated group of clients. Ensure all time data, payroll changes, authorised deductions and other related activities are actioned before the close of the pay run where practicable. Assist with the payment of PAYG tax, Superannuation, RemServ and EOF activities. Assist in the preparation of payroll reports to meet the internal and statutory obligations. Maintain Award and Agreement data to ensure wage payment comply with Awards, Enterprise Agreements, arbitrated decisions, and industrial legislation. Participate in payroll audits as needed. What you will bring to the role At least two years’ recent experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in a high-volume environment. Experience using multiple Payroll Systems (PayGlobal would be preferred but not essential). Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite.
