ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Kinetic IT is on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team. The Payroll Analyst plays a key role in the internal audit of payroll and implementation of systems. The ideal candidate will have previous experience analysing payroll data, preparation of reports and exposure to implementation of new systems.
You will be collaborating with teams across the Workplace and Workforce business unit to ensure we are delivering a seamless, consistent and valuable experience to our crew.
DAY TO DAY YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Review payroll data to identify any discrepancies and support necessary fixes.
Aid in processing payroll payments requiring adjustments and ensuring smooth payroll operations.
Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations and document pay adjustments.
Generate reports to identify areas for improvement and support analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and improvement suggestions.
Participate in functional, user experience, and user acceptance testing as needed.
Assist with data migration tasks when required.
