You will provide subject matter expertise and technical support to the team by:
Being responsible for the maintenance and configuration of the SuccessFactors employee central payroll platform Configuring SAP application to meet payroll's documented business requirements. Being a "go-to" resource for functional and technical questions from both internal and external users Identify opportunities for efficiencies in SF payroll process and innovative approaches. Document SuccessFactors ECP solutions and contribute to a solutions repository. Contribute to internal implementation initiatives. Provide customers with follow up consulting and general assistance in payroll related quires. Provide platform support to end-users, including training and support documentation on new functionalities (training and support for payroll team).
