Your new company
Established and reputable WA brand, based in Perth CBD, are looking for additional support within their payroll team for a period of 12 months. This is a fixed term contract, project role, which will champion the implementation of a new time & attendance system and also some remediation work, working alongside the Payroll Manager.
Your new role
Implementation of Time & Attendance system
User acceptance testing
Supporting the team with parallel payment runs as well as system enhancements striving for efficiency and optimisation
Reviewing historical payroll transactions to ensure in line with awards and legislation
Stakeholder engagement and management
What you'll need to succeed
Significant payroll expertise and experience
Outcome focused with the ability to achieve deadlines and goals
Attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
