Address 21st January, 2024 We are partnering with a food manufacturing company to recruit a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator (Specialist). This is a stand-alone payroll position reporting directly to the VP of Finance. The job location is in Richmond Hill.Main Responsibilities: Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll as well as payroll reconciliation; Act as the key contact for the system (UKG) when it comes to system inquiries, set-up and changes; Prepare monthly reporting, review and process insurance billing as well as assist with payroll-related aspects of the annual financial audit; Responsible for month-end and year-end processing; Benefits administration including processing new enrolments, updates as well as terminations; Assist with the management of the time attendance system and help troubleshoot; What we are looking for: 3 years of full-cycle payroll experience within a manufacturing working environment; PCP is strongly preferred; Experience working in a unionized environment is strongly preferred; Strong communication skills with attention to detail; System implementation experience and UKG experience would be an asset Please apply directly or get in touch with Rebecca at ***********@thetalent.co if you are interested in learning more!
