About the role
The Payroll and P&C Coordinator is integral in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and ensuring that SV a highly capable and engaged organisation with a growth mindset and continuous improvement culture.
This role is multi-faceted with its primary focus on delivering timely and accurate fortnightly payroll and supporting the P&C team with administrative tasks.
About you
You thrive in an agile and fast paced environment and have the ability to think through problems in a structured way. You are a team player with exceptional skills in collaboration and the ability to achieve results through building effective partnerships. You are results orientated, motivated by driving positive change, excellent at communicating and able to develop a structured approach to delivering outcomes and solutions.
Knowledge and understanding of TechOne highly desirable or HRIS system integration. Previous experience in CHRIS 21 or iCHRIS highly advantageous as well as HRIS or payroll system and HR software systems.
