Position Overview: We are looking for a Payroll and Administration Officer to oversee and manage our Payroll and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our employees are accurately and timely compensated, maintaining a seamless administrative operation, and assisting with HR-related tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and positive environment, making a significant impact on the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll, including calculations, deductions, and taxes.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage and update HR and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support senior management with administrative tasks and reports.
• General office management and maintenance 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll processing and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
• Familiarity with HR practices and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• A relevant degree or certification in HR, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
