Payroll Coordinator

As a member of the Finance team, you will enjoy the supportive team environment. This role is based in the CBD, benefits include growth potential and WFH / flexibility.Responsibilities:

• Assisting with coordinating weekly and monthly payroll.
• Respond to employee enquiries.
• Assist in the coordination of annual performance review process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data.
• Conduct job evaluations and market research to determine appropriate compensation levels.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including income protection, superannuation, and rewards programs.

The Person

• Experience in a similar role or as a Payroll Coordinator
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• High level of communication skills both written and verbal
