- Assisting with coordinating weekly and monthly payroll.
- Respond to employee enquiries.
- Assist in the coordination of annual performance review process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data.
- Conduct job evaluations and market research to determine appropriate compensation levels.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including income protection, superannuation, and rewards programs.
- Experience in a similar role or as a Payroll Coordinator
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
