You will be working for a well renowned private organisation who are specialists in their field. They are recruiting for a Payroll and rewards Manager to develop current processes and work on a few projects to enhance the business in the future. Your New role
You will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and completing the below:
- Payroll Processing for 2000 Employees
- Run Pay runs for 3 separate entities
- Work on a Payroll integration across 3 different entities
- Oracle and MYOB Systems
- Payroll health check and review
- Manage 2 Payroll specialists along with 2 other Payroll employees
- Develop reward programs
- Develop a remuneration strategy and program
- Drive a benefits review and integrate new strategies
- Full Payroll legislation review and health check
- Assist with projects in the future
- Work with Global stakeholders in the business
- Develop key relationships
- Manage and develop your own team
- Hybrid working 2/3 days at home / office
- Flexible working hours
- Some travel to other states
What you need to succeed
You need previous management experience in a senior role in the Payroll, remuneration, benefits and Rewards space. Be resilient to change and look to process improve. Have a clear strategy in the rewards space to develop the organisation.
