Form of workOzland Group are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our head office. This is a fast-paced role, supporting our biggest division.
About Us
Ozland Group is a rapidly expanding, dynamic business, providing exceptional services across Drilling & Blasting, and Load, Haul & Bulk Earthworks.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Payroll management and STP reporting
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Balance Sheet reconciliations including bank etc.
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Liaising directly with key customers and suppliers
- Working with offshore Accounts Payable and payroll teams
- Ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks assigned by Finance Manager
Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ in similar role
- Extensive experience using MYOB and XERO
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
- Complete tasks in a timely and effective manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Must have drivers license and own reliable transport
