Key Responsibilities:
• Timely payment of correct wages to company employees and other company payment reconciliations.
• Working with a close-knit team on implementing process improvements, simplifications and automation relating to the payroll team.
• Accurate entry and amendment of employee records into SyteLine (ERP System) and Attaché, including updating of salary rates and maintaining leave balances.
• Strong focus on Customer Service.
• Administration duties such as following up enquiries from managers and employees, Month-End / Year-End reconciliations and data entry/filing as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience with payroll processing software (desirable), e.g. Attaché.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Forward thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Comfortable with process improvement.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of administrative and organisational skills.
