We are seeking applications for the position of Payroll Officer to contribute to our commitment to providing quality education within a Catholic framework.
We currently have two vacant positions available:
- One full-time temporary position for a fixed term contract period of 18 months, due to internal staff promotion to work on a Project, to commence as soon as possible, with possibility of extension.
- One ongoing part time position (0.6FTE) to commence as soon as possible.
What you will be doing?
You will be processing the pays and maintaining staff records for employees in Catholic Schools in Western Australia.

- Salary range for this position is F1 to F4 on the CEO salary scale ($75, 806 - $81, 734 per annum) plus superannuation.
- 5 days additional paid leave when the office closed (over Christmas and Easter).

We are seeking candidates with the following skills:
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
- Knowledge and skills in payroll processing or accounting.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working within a service delivery environment.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High-level communicator (both verbal and written) with experience in communicating with Internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute proactively and positively to work as part of a team.
A current National Police History Check as issued by the Department of Education Western Australia must be provided by the successful applicant.
