The Company
We are delighted to be partnering with a Services Industry business who are experiencing on-going growth, have a collaborative culture and are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll process whilst reporting to the Payroll Manager.
The Role
- Processing of End-to-End Payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Processing of new starters, terminations, redundancies and payroll administrative tasks as required
- Interpretation of EBAs & Awards
- Payroll Reconciliation and Reporting - FBT, Superannuation, Workers Compensation & Payroll Taxes
- Assisting with Month End Reconciliations as required
Your Profile
· Demonstrated experience processing end to end payroll - experience with fortnightly payroll processing essential
· Experience with Time & Attendance systems, essential - i.e. KRONOS would be highly advantageous
· Intermediate Excel skills essential, including VLOOKUP's, pivots, and spreadsheet management.
· Experience with EBAs and Awards interpretations will be essential
