Ayan Infotech has an exciting initial 6-month contract opportunity for a Payroll Office in Melbourne, CBD. Our client is a leading global IT consultancy that has billions of dollars of revenue transactions through the year. This will be a hybrid work model. We can offer a highly competitive rate relevant to experience! Responsibilities will include:
Completing tasks accurately and within agreed timeframes for fortnightly and monthly pay inputs and employee updates
Providing accurate and timely advice to Capgemini staff in response to
queries
Providing support across the payroll team to undertake administrative tasks
related to full range of day-to-day and cyclical payroll functions
Ensuring compliance with procedures internal controls current legislation
and business requirements
Maintaining a good working relationship with Payroll Service provider
Ensuring alignment to Capgemini requirements and legislation
Prioritising effectively to ensure tasks are accurately completed within the
agreed timeframes
Supporting the Payroll team to ensure the high level of service delivery is
maintained.
Demonstrating initiative providing appropriate advice to managers and staff
in response to queries and escalating where appropriate.
Experience needed:
Prior experience in high volume Australian payroll processing
Demonstrated data processing analytical and organisational skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Ability to adapt to rapid change in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 (Excel Outlook
Teams)
Experience working with different Payroll and Employee Self-Serve (ESS)
systems (desirable)
