Your new role:
- Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists.
- Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement effective payroll procedures.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

About you:
- Proven experience leading a payroll team in a healthcare or similar complex and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, EBA’s and industry best practice.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to quality service delivery.
