Job Description

• Leading the Payroll team and overseeing payroll processes, practices and procedures to ensure timely, consistent and accurate processing of payroll.
• Performing quality control reviews to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Identifying and addressing business training and communication needs in relation to payroll processes and systems.
• Driving ongoing improvements that are focussed on reducing risk and increasing efficiency of the function through standardising, automating and consolidating processes.
• Building business partnerships, seeking input and feedback ensure successful, compliant, scalable processes and practices.
• Other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant
We are seeking experienced payroll leaders with a passion for leadership and process improvement. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative in all aspects of the role. Experience with large payroll systems will be looked upon favourably (i.e. Chris 21/iChris, SAP, ADP etc).
