Your new role They want a Micropay expert to step in and make sure ALL calculations (such as LSL, super, STP2 etc) are all correct and up to date before tackling the end to end payroll for 350 staff. If you are comfortable with BAU management and have an eye for detail with process improvement then this is the role for you!!
End to end payroll processes for 350 staff
Understanding the complexities of payroll
Someone who can temporarily step in with specialist knowledge
There are a few legacy items and issues that need to be analysed, audited and/or fixed
A fair bit of automation the client would like to achieve in the long run when it comes to their payroll processes
Fix superannuation miscalculations
Set up review
STP2 being set up properly
LSL calculations are all set up and ensure current calculations are correct
Accounting and finance - payroll journals
What you'll need to succeed
Exposure to Micropay
Sound knowledge of time and attendance software and processes
