Key Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll reconciliations for year-end.
- Process payroll for a significant payroll size
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
- Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and related documentation.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dedicated team of 3 payroll professionals.
Systems Used:
- Chris21
Most Important Attributes Required for the Position:
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience.
- Proficiency in Chris21 payroll software is a must.
- Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly.
