We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer seeking a flexible working model!
This is a standalone position offering HYBRID working
The role
Ø Responding to inquiries from employees and manager and external parties
Ø Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
Ø Managing employee registrations and terminations
Ø Managing requests
Ø Processing payroll tax
Ø Reviewing all timesheet entries
Ø Following up missing timesheets
Ø Assisting HR team
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
▪ A minimum of two years' experience using any major payroll system (essential)
▪ Experience with KeyPay payroll software is advantageous
▪ Ability to interpret union and industry awards and be familiar with current employment regulations.
▪ Strong time management skills as you will be working within deadlines
▪ A high attention to detail with good organizational
▪ Effective communication and relationship-building skills
