As the Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be joining a highly motivated team of professionals supporting the Finance division. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate end-to-end fortnightly and monthly payroll processing for all employees
- Calculation and lodgement of payroll liabilities including group tax and superannuation
- Conduct periodic and exception reporting relating to Payroll service delivery, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Understand payroll compliance, general practices, procedures, operations, and legislation
- Calculating and processing termination payments when required
- Expense payments and reconciliations
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by management
To be considered for this exceptional role, you will have at least 5-6 years' experience working in payroll operations within a high achieving company. You will also have outstanding organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and thrive in a team environment that values collaboration and support.
