Description
Responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including staff leave calculations, pay variations, workers compensation claims, and reconciliation of payroll functions. Manages salary packaging, provides guidance to employees, and supports finance, HR, and employees on payroll matters. Ensures payroll system integrity through accurate administrative processes, data entry, and record-keeping. Contributes to payroll and finance projects, strives for process improvements, and delivers timely internal and statutory reports.

- Possessing over five years of experience as a payroll officer
- Effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills contribute to consistently meeting deadlines and demonstrating initiative.
- Proficient in Micropay
- Baseline security clearance required
